01How long does a custom piece take?
Each custom piece is quoted individually, based on the complexity of the design and the sourcing of the stones, and we confirm your timeline before any work begins. Have a special date in mind? Let us know and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
02Can I make changes to the design?
Of course! Three rounds of revisions are included to get the details just right. Additional changes can be arranged at an extra cost.
03Where do your stones come from?
We work with trusted gemstone and diamond suppliers in the Israeli Diamond Exchange, sourcing each stone according to your preferences, budget and design. We'll always be clear about what you're getting, including whether a stone is natural, treated or lab-grown.
04Will my design stay private?
Absolutely. Your custom design and personal details stay between us. We won't share or showcase your piece without your permission.
05Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. Come with a link, a reference photo, or even just an idea. We'll figure out the rest together.
06Will I see the design before it's made?
Yes! You'll receive a digital rendering of your piece to review and approve before we move into production. No surprises (unless they're the good kind).
